Our tour begins as we depart from Manhattan with a Spanish-speaking guide who will share fascinating details along the way. We will travel through the states of New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland until reaching our destination: Virginia and Washington, D.C.As we pass through Delaware, we will make a 30-minute stop for breakfast. We will then continue to the state of Virginia, where we will drive around the Pentagon, the headquarters of United States intelligence.Our first stop will be Arlington National Cemetery, the final resting place of U.S. war veterans. There, we will visit the graves of President John F. Kennedy and his family, Robert Strange McNamara, Secretary of Defense from 1961 to 1968, and Michael Musmanno, naval jurist and political figure.After passing by the Iwo Jima Memorial, a tribute to the United States Marine Corps, we will arrive at the National Mall, home to some of the city’s most iconic monuments:

We will continue the tour passing by the Federal Reserve, the Washington Monument, commonly known as the Obelisk, the Reflecting Pool, the World War II Memorial, the Organization of American States (OAS), and the International Red Cross.
We will then arrive at the exterior of the White House, where you will be able to take photos and learn about Conchita, the woman who lived for decades in a protest tent advocating against nuclear weapons, a legacy that is continued today by Philipos Melaku-Bello.
Our next stop will be Ford’s Theatre and the surrounding area of the FBI headquarters. We will then visit the southern exterior of the United States Capitol. After that, you will have 45 minutes of free time for lunch.
