1.2 Tickets and Confirmation
When purchasing a ticket:

1.4 Tour Routes, Schedules, and Changes
We strive to operate tours as described; however:
- Start and end times and routes are approximate and may be adjusted without prior notice;
- We may modify, shorten, divert, or substitute stops or segments (including ferry, subway, or bus) due to:
Traffic, street closures, protests, parades, or construction;

Delays or problems with third-party transportation providers.

- Behave respectfully toward all participants, staff, and the public;
- Refrain from illegal, disruptive, or dangerous activities.
We may remove anyone we reasonably consider:
- Offensive, disruptive, dangerous, or abusive; or
- Capable of negatively affecting the safety, comfort, or experience of others.
No refund will be granted in these cases.
2.2 Safety Expectations
To maintain a safe environment, you agree to:
- Exercise caution near traffic, curbs, crossings, stairs, bridges, and water areas;
- Remain with the group unless authorized by the guide;
- Follow instructions in crowded areas and near streets;
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for walking and weather conditions;
- Not climb, cross barriers, or enter restricted or unsafe areas.
You understand that tours may involve extended walking, public transportation, ferry crossings, and exposure to crowded or noisy environments.
3. MINORS AND FAMILIES
- Every participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.
- The responsible adult:
Must remain near the minor at all times;
Is responsible for the minor's behavior and compliance with these Terms;
Accepts all risks and responsibilities associated with the minor's participation.

By participating, you:

- Waive any right to inspect or approve the final material;

If you do not wish to appear prominently:
- You must inform the guide before the tour begins;
- We will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference, although we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in group images or public spaces.
5. ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL NEEDS
We strive to accommodate accessibility needs when reasonably possible; however, some tours:
- Include extensive walking, stairs, uneven surfaces, and crowded areas;
- May have limited access for wheelchairs, mobility devices, or strollers due to NYC infrastructure or venues operated by third parties.
If you need accommodations:
