We will visit iconic areas of The Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn on a Spanish language Contrasts Tour that showcases the typical daily life of New Yorkers up close. You will experience an authentic and enriching journey that becomes even more magical during the month of December, when New York transforms into the city of Christmas lights perfect for those seeking a holiday tour in New York.
During this season, the New York Contrasts Tour blends cultural richness with festive charm, visiting some of the city’s most spectacular holiday decorations and including a stop to enjoy nighttime views of New York, illuminated by a dazzling display of lights that fills visitors of all ages with holiday spirit.
Our excursion begins as we head toward the West Side Highway, on Manhattan’s west side, where we will see the Intrepid, the Trump buildings, and the Hudson River, the natural border between New York and New Jersey an ideal introduction to a full city tour.
Continuing north into The Bronx, our first stop will be the famous Joker Stairs, one of the most popular attractions on the NYC Contrasts Tour. We will then continue to Yankee Stadium, the temple of baseball. We will pass the Civil and Criminal Courts of The Bronx, the Big Pun mural, and the I Love The Bronx graffiti urban art icons that represent the borough’s history and culture.
We will then cross the Bronx Whitestone Bridge into Queens to visit the elegant residential neighborhood of Malba. From the vehicle, we will see the printing facility of the renowned New York Times and Flushing Meadows Corona Park, home to CitiField and the US Open Tennis Center. Our next stop will be the iconic Unisphere, a massive stainless-steel globe where you can take unforgettable photos featured in films such as Men in Black, Captain America, and Tomorrowland a must-see on any New York borough tour.
Next, we will continue to Brooklyn to visit the famous neighborhood of Williamsburg, home to one of the largest Hasidic Orthodox Jewish communities outside Israel. We will then head to DUMBO, arriving at the exact spot on Washington Street where you can capture the most sought-after photo of the Manhattan Bridge a classic stop on the Contrasts Tour in Spanish.
We will then visit the charming neighborhood of Dyker Heights, known for having the most spectacular Christmas lights and decorations in New York. This festive visual experience includes around 45 minutes to enjoy the colorful, musical, joyful atmosphere perfect for anyone looking for a New York holiday lights tour.
On the way back to Manhattan, we will drive past the 9/11 Memorial, an important landmark honoring the victims and heroes of September 11. From the vehicle, you will be able to appreciate the architecture of the World Trade Center, a symbol of the city's strength and resilience.
Finally, we will head toward 11th Avenue, passing Hudson Yards, where we will make our last stop at The Vessel, a modern architectural landmark from which you can enjoy unique views of the complex and the majestic Hudson River an ideal way to end one of New York’s most complete and highly recommended tours.
