We will continue the tour passing by the Federal Reserve, the Washington Monument, commonly known as the Obelisk, the Reflecting Pool, the World War II Memorial, the Organization of American States (OAS), and the International Red Cross. We will then arrive at the exterior of the White House, where you will be able to take photos and learn about Conchita, the woman who lived for decades in a protest tent advocating against nuclear weapons, a legacy that is continued today by Philipos Melaku-Bello.Our next stop will be Ford’s Theatre and the surrounding area of the FBI headquarters.
