You may reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before the tour, with no penalty and subject to availability. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, as well as No-Shows, are non-refundable.
In cases of force majeure (flight delays, illness, or verifiable emergencies), we will review your case to determine whether a full or partial refund may be authorized.
Real's tour NYC® reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, closures, or safety-related reasons.
