Our tour begins as we depart Manhattan with a Spanish-speaking guide who will share fascinating details along the way.
We will travel through the states of New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland until we reach our destination: Virginia and Washington, D.C. While passing through Delaware, we will stop for a 30-minute breakfast break. We will then continue to the state of Virginia, where we will drive around the Pentagon, the headquarters of U.S. intelligence.
Our first stop will be Arlington National Cemetery, the resting place of American war veterans. There, we will visit the gravesites of President John F. Kennedy and his family, Robert Strange McNamara (Secretary of Defense from 1961 to 1968), and Michael Musmanno, naval jurist and politician.
After passing the Iwo Jima Memorial, a tribute to the United States Marine Corps, we will arrive at the National Mall, home to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks:
We will continue the tour, passing the Federal Reserve, the Washington Monument (commonly known as “the Obelisk”), the Reflecting Pool, the World War II Memorial, the OAS, and the International Red Cross.
We will then arrive at the exterior of the White House, where you can take photos and learn about Conchita, the woman who lived for decades in a protest tent advocating against nuclear weapons, a legacy continued today by Philipos Melaku-Bello.
Our next stop will be Ford’s Theatre and the surrounding area of the FBI headquarters. We will then visit the south exterior of the United States Capitol. After that, you will have 45 minutes of free time for lunch. Once recharged, we will depart for New York at 3:30 p.m.
We expect to arrive back in Manhattan between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (depending on traffic), ending the tour near Times Square (42nd St & 9th Ave). If we arrive on time, and weather and traffic permit, we will make a stop at Weehawken, one of the best viewpoints in New Jersey.

Where does the tour end? The tour concludes in the Times Square area, a prime location that allows you to continue enjoying the New York nightlife after your return.
